Posting Details Salary Indication UX Improvements

Per feedback we received, we have added text to indicate the reason why some fields in the Posting Details step of the Order Journey, in the Salary Indication section that are normally optional become required when some other fields have a value set.

As part of this change, the following translations have been added:
